New Delhi, April 15 (IANS) Delhiites woke up to a warm Friday morning with partly cloudy skies. The minimum temperature was recorded a notch above average at 21.8 degrees Celsius.
"The skies are partly cloudy, which means that the earth's heat is trapped by the cloud cover, thereby making for a warm day," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The maximum temperature is expected to touch 36 degrees Celsius.
The humidity level in the morning was recorded at 57 percent.
